Recipe: Cranberry Nut Salad

Part of my life post-pregnancy is a new diet. Like it or not, salads are healthy and low on calories. I typically prefer mine with all the cheese and high-fat dressing that my little heart desires, but I'll never lose all the baby weight by eating that way...

Well, this is a salad that I absolutely love. It's also pretty healthy and takes about 2 minutes to throw together. 



I use spring mix for the lettuce mixture. It's topped with Crasins, candied nuts and blue cheese crumbles. For dressing, I like balsamic vinaigrette. A raspberry vinaigrette would be really yummy, too.
